All customers who are on a support contract, are entitled to unlimited telephonic/internet support and updates on our systems, free of charge.
HOWEVER, Site Time is always chargeable @ R350.00 per/hr incl VAT.
– We also charge a basic per Site Fee of R500.00 ex Vat to cover traveling costs (Provincial).
– We also charge a basic per Site Fee of R850.00 ex Vat to cover traveling costs (Inter – Provincial).
– We charge a basic per site Fee of R2000.00 ex Vat to cover long distance trips requiring flights.
– We charge a basic per site Fee for in season travel that may vary, applicable to the travel costs associated within these times of the year.
Outside of Gauteng a per/km charge may apply.
