Whats Included?
Included in the sales / installation price will be the following:
• Setup of all documentation – letterheads and formats.
• Assistance with loading of Debtor and Creditor Accounts.
• Opening of any special Accounts on the System.
• Setup of Access Controls for protection of Information. (Codification and User Profiles)
• Technical assistance with Installation to allow access across Remote Desktop environment.
• 6 hours of free training on the Repair module (Job Cards, Inventory, Invoicing)
Additional Customisation
Program developments catering for individual customer needs are charged at R650.00 excl VAT per hour. A initial quote will be sent to provide an estimate for charges, final invoice charge may change in the event it is required to do so.
Whats included in the Monthly fee?
Included in the monthly fee will be the following:
• Software Upgrades as and when available ( 3 per annum) – internet based
• Unlimited telephonic and helpdesk support during support hours
• Internet based training and USER notes
• User Manual
